It does seem strange that he refuses to take a DNA test. After all the back and forth over claiming Manson's body and the many interviews he has given where he says Manson was his grandfather, why refuse to take the test?. His reasoning kinda sounds sketchy to me.

What's odd is how the state of California defaulted the body of Manson to Freeman in the first place. Why not take that to trial along with the estate? None of this mess would be as serious as it is now had the state not messed up so quickly.
That is a very good point and I too was surprised they would separate the two case. It sort-of seems pointless, UNLESS, they did it as the body was being kept on ice and it required a quicker decision, the estate battle could last forever without a corpse rotting away.

Well the body and estate, are two different matters and it is true that the legal process involving claiming the body is lengthy if multiple parties file to claim the body in advance.
Let's look at the facts:
Jason Freeman had tried multiple times to visit Charles Manson during a relatively small frame of time at the end of his life. While there were phone calls between Freeman and Manson that were obviously recorded (with or without Manson's knowledge), all attempts made by Freeman to be put on his contacts list were rejected both by Manson himself and the people in his life who assisted him in approving contacts and visits. Even while on his death bed, Charles Manson refused visits from Jason Freeman while welcoming visits from others.
The fact that Jason Freeman had planned to claim Charles Manson's body in advance even during all of this, while claiming this to be a personal family matter, is flat out disrespectful in my opinion, towards not only Manson's wishes but the people who were in direct contact with him during his life.
I do not believe Jason has any consideration of the wishes of either Manson himself in death or the people he kept very close to him. Jason has been selling property and remains privately to people and there is speculation that he has pre-written sales and promises towards other people upon claimation of this estate. At this point, Jason Freeman is playing the role of the christian family man to be friendly with the media, including meddling with Debra Tate herself as seen in the sizzle reel for his documentary "Bloodline".
It is quite easy to see the forest through the trees. When you're moving through the air and the water and the animals. And in the NOW. Reality is a whole different gambit than this game people are playing right NOW, which is insanity. Jason Freeman wants to continue to sell this Helter Skelter trip off into the public's mind. Because he is insecure through his father and is laying up under the dollar bill. He has no idea what the hell he is doing and how this is going to effect the lives of his family and his children.
This is nonsense, that Manson on his deathbed did not want to see Freeman, and others visited him. I know a security guard who was guarding Manson in hospital. So he told me, that Manson did not have access to the phone and that no one knew in which hospital he was. Only a little later, journalists found out about this.
I do know Jason personally. It's not that he's refusing DNA by court order. But not ordered by Michael channels and his fake will. Also big hold up while claiming the body was when Brunner entered the arena, then backed out. He refused to be flown to the funeral, the shit that turned out. But came to LA weekend of Aug 8th thru 10th,to hang out with channels and company.

We've all seen the extent of Freeman's greed and his exploitation of Charlie's passing. Thus it should be a major red flag that he would rather prolong the battle for the estate he so badly wants to get his hands and rake up more legal fees rather than just submit DNA results and move onto the prize. He either knows he has no relation to Charlie or isn't nearly as confident as he thinks.
As for Mike Brunner. Shame on you for even daring to attempt to drag him through the mud while voicing support for the biggest scum on the face of the earth. You know nothing of his business or why he was in LA a few weeks ago. He was there mainly to participate in the 30th Anniversary screening of Charles Manson Superstar with Nikolas Schreck. Which MC had no involvement in.
The Exhibit was hosted by Lethal Amounts Gallery and Record ad Nauseam. Several different people with something to contribute were invited to participate by the gallery and whatever differences there were were set aside and the entire weekend turned out to be a success and a far greater respectful tribute to Charlie than anything the vermin you so vehemently support could ever conceive of with their tasteless hawking of funeral pamphlets and ashes/blood paintings. Not only that, it created a defiant counter balance to the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" atmosphere of the weekend. That you would think it had something to do with the estate is indicative of your way of thinking.
So shut your mouth and go back to your reality TV shows.

Don't call me a fool. It's true. Mansons son Brunner was offered to fly to funeral all expenses paid. He refused. But with Schreck, Gurecki a con man, Stoner a big mouth saying he'd Manson expert Brunner shows himself all around town. This was set up before Manson died. Brunner never read a letter Manson sent to him Freeman I am sure he had DNA done already as many samples of manson's taken. But who is channels and his FAKE Will to order anything. Like Gurecki tried to pass off will on behalf of fake Manson son Roberts. Channels will should be tossed. And no I will not shut my mouth and who are you to tell me that

And Manson body was not kept in ice. He should have been put in freezer. Instead refrigerator. His body rapidly deteriated. If channels and Gurecki fake will would have been thrown out he wouldn't have been in there 4 months
